Flourish Construction Ltd. has been building and renovating homes across Prince Edward Island since 2019. As a residential general contractor, Flourish plans, coordinates, and manages every stage of the work — from new homes, duplexes, townhouses, and cottages to additions and major renovations — carrying each project from first walkthrough to final delivery with consistent quality control.
Flourish Construction Ltd. is also one of the designated repair contractors for PEI Mutual, supporting homeowners recovering from water damage, fire, storm, and other insured losses.

FCL Plumbing & Heating Ltd. was established in 2024 through the acquisition of a long-standing local family plumbing business, and builds on years of established local trade experience. The team provides plumbing for new construction and renovation, repairs, replacements, and system upgrades, along with water supply, drainage, hot water, and in-floor heating systems.
The team includes two Red Seal Plumbers, alongside several experienced plumbing professionals.
